We offer all of our customers free Express Shipping on all purchases within Australia. We use Australia Post for all deliveries and ship the same business day for orders received before 3pm. Orders received after 3pm will be shipped the following business day.

Returns and Refunds 

 

Our return policy is simple: if you don't love it, send it back! If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, just send it back within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the item less shipping cost. Any returned jewellery supplies must not be used or damaged and in the original packaging.
